BeforeWire is an independent product. Unless we state otherwise, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party model provider, agent framework, cloud platform, database, developer tool, or integration provider mentioned in our materials.
3. Accounts and Access
Some parts of the Service may require an account, workspace, subscription, invitation, API key, local agent, enterprise deployment, or other access method. You are responsible for the activity under your account, the configuration of your workspace, and the permissions granted to users, agents, tools, credentials, or integrations.
4. User Obligations
By using the Service, you agree to use it only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any applicable documentation or written agreement. You agree not to:
- use the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity;
- attempt to bypass security, policy, rate limit, access control, logging, approval, or payment mechanisms;
- interfere with the Service, third-party services, or other users;

6. Agent Actions and Recovery Limits
The Service may help make agent activity more controlled, reviewable, and recoverable, but it does not guarantee that all actions can be reversed or that all failures will be prevented. Some state may be recoverable through checkpoints or local mechanisms. Some actions, such as external API calls, production writes, messages, payments, deployments, or third-party side effects, may be irreversible or only partially compensable.
You are responsible for deciding which actions should be allowed, blocked, approved, delegated, retried, or connected to production systems.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party products, models, APIs, repositories, databases, workflow systems, cloud platforms, or enterprise tools. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their outputs, or how they process data.
